We have done the work from inside government.
Our experience spans regulation, enterprise strategy, technology strategy, operating models, digital products, portfolio investment and major programs. It includes EPA Victoria, justice and health regulation, Service Victoria and DGS, emergency management and regulated essential services.
We have designed statewide compliance arrangements across departments, regulators and all 79 Victorian councils; led strategy and governance across more than 260 initiatives and portfolios exceeding $100 million; and advised Boards, Commissioners, CEOs and senior government executives.
